Well, last night I woke up to high gusty winds. It literally sounded as if someone was whistling as loud as possible outside my window. So I checked the weather and I saw that a Red Flag warning had been issued and California was on fire. With 5 out of control fires going on in the Ventura County area. It sounded as if I was in the middle of one of those natural disaster movies. But It was real life.
So It got me to thinking how Hollywood natural disaster movies always seem to take place in California. Why? Not quite sure. Perhaps because there are so many recognizable iconic buildings here or maybe they just like wreacking havoc in this beautiful State.
